JCB announced two new Toughphones, the Pro-smart and Sitemaster 2.

The Pro-smart: basically this is a rugged budget Android phone. It has an 800MHz single-core processor running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread, 3.2-inch scratch resistant display, 5MP camera, supports microSD card, 3G, WiFi and 2,000mAh battery that will set you for 15 days of stand by and 9 hours of talk time and a carry strap for the compass you get and a carbiner. It can last 30 minutes in water, 1 metre and it's dust tight, IP67 certification.

The Sitemaster 2: Water resistent and dust resistent, IP67 certification, survives 1 ton of pressure, 2M drop test, 2GB of internal storage expandable to 8GB via a microSD card, 2-inch display, 2MP camera, 3 in 1 charger and as the other it comes with a carry strap for the compass and carbiner.
