Today Apple announced the iPad Mini after so many rumours the real thing is here. It packs a 1GHz dual-core A5 processor running on the latest iOS 6, 512MB of RAM, a PowerVR SGX543MP2 GPU, comes in 16, 32 or 64GB of internal storage no microSD card slot though as usual, a 7.9-inch LED-backlit IPS display, a 720p front facing camera and a 5MP iSight back camera, come with the lightning adapter announced with the iPhone 5, WiFi, 4G LTE and Apple assures 10 hours of battery life. It will start from about €253 for the basic model.
